According to a recent report regarding the most in-demand digital marketing skills, the top three things companies want are ad management, search engine optimization, and social media creation. You can easily remember these three with the acronym A.S.S 😆. Here's some resources to help your digital marketing efforts kick A.S.S!

A - ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT
You need to pay-to-play. Specifically, creating ad campaigns using Meta, Google, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms (e.g. StackAdapt). There's a number of free courses available from the big platforms to help sharpen your ad skills:

S - SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
If you can't be found online do you even exist? There are some fundamentals for getting your website ranked by search engines (SEO Web Page Optimization Tips). A modern website, quality content, and earned backlinks will help tremendously. In regards to tools for analyzing SEO and identifying opportunities, these are my favourites:

Don't confuse quantity with quality. Creating quality social media content on a consistent basis is a heavy lift. Most organizations underestimate the resources required to do a good job resulting in most efforts falling flat. You need a solid content strategy.
